iIf you are searching for government bank job, there are four institues which conduct exams for government bank job recruitment. The institutes are the following:
1. The Institute Of Banking personnel selection, also known as IBPS: By securing good rank and score in this exam, multiple prestigious banks hires the candidates by considering the marks and rank. Some of the banks are Indian Bank, Allahabad Bank, Dena Bank, Bank Of Maharashtra etc.
2. State Bank Of India also known as SBI: SBI conducts a separate exam to hire the candidates for the bank job. It hires the candidate for the banks like The State Bank Of Hyderabad, State Bank Of Mysore etc.
Also there are two kinds of exam in SBI :PO Post and other is for Clerk.
3. Reserve Bank Of India also known as RBI: RBI conducts an examination which enables the candidate to work as RBI GRADE B OFFICER. The number of aspirants for this particular job is very high.
4. National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development also known as NABARD: The exam conducted by NABARD fills the vacancies or in other words you can say recruits candidates for the job of Grade A and Grade B officer which are also known as Assisstant Manager or Manager. The basic motto of this job is to develop the rural area.
If you are interested in private bank jobs then you need to IBPS or CWE exam.
IBPS is an exam which is mandatory to clear to get a job in private sector. The exam is conducted in three phases:
The first is Preliminary exam which is conducted online and in total there are 100 questions. You need to qualify this stage of exam to get eligible to appear in the next phase.
The second stage is MAINS Exam which is a descriptive paper and in total there are 155 questions which carries 200 marks in total.
The third stage is the Interview where your speaking skills are tested.
