Which exam should i give to take admission in abroad. I want to take undergraduate degree.
Depending on the college you want to get into, you will be asked to write the SATs.
There are two kinds of SATs. The SAT 1 (english and maths) and SAT 2 (you choose out of many subjects like physics, chemistry, etc depending on the requirements of your desired college). The college you want to get into might ask you to write one of the SAT tests or both of them so you need to write accordingly and manage to get a decent score in them. If you’re an Indian, you will also be asked to write IELTS/TOEFEL as an English proficiency test.
Hi aspirant, If you want to study in abroad you need to give SAT/ ACT exam . As you are Indian citizen you need to give TOEFL/IELTS exam to give a prove that you know the english and you understand and write the proper english. If you get qualified the exam and you fullfil the university admission criteria , then you need to give a good CV (achievment, awards, sports , your life)to them, that will increase your acceptance rate.
Ever Universities needs different exams and scores try to get update with all these things.
Hope you understand the point.

hey Pranjal,
in order to admission abroad, you atleast need to appear for a proficiency exam like IELTS/TOEFL in order to get the university to atleast consider you application and all the universities have some certain minimum, which u need to score atleast in order to get into the university.
Students have to pass one or more additional tests before they can be considered by most universities for admission. These range from the standardised graduate and college admission tests such as GRE , GMAT and SAT to English Language tests, such as TOEFL and IELTS . Depending upon the university that you want to study in, it could be either only the English language tests or it could be entrances and the English language tests.
Hello Pranjal,
There are several exams, which are mandatory to be cleared such as SAT, AP, etc. Other than that, there are some exams set-up by the specific universities which are mandatory to be cleared in order to get admitted to the respective university. Apart from that, there are certain exams, that provide you with some perks, scholarships or a boost in you academics. These all are specific to countries and universities that you opt for.
In general, at the undergraduate level, you should appear for exams such as SAT, it is not only for admission but also lets you get a scholarship, up to 100%, based on your score. It is out of 800, and different universities possess different cut-offs. It is widely accepted in US universities. It is also accepted in Canadian, Australian, and Uk universities. Refer the below link for knowing more about SAT. https://studyabroad.careers360.com/articles/sat
The next Exam that you can consider is AP- Advance placements- It is basically for admission into Us and Canadian universities. You can even complete your graduation early through this test as the test provide you with advance credits, that will reduce your burden in college. Another test is ACT- http://www.act.org/content/act/en/products-and-services/the-act.html this test is specifically for US universities. Through this, you may earn a scholarship of up to $40000.
MCAT is specifically for medical fields. There is also an exam known as CAE or CPE which is specific to UK universities. This test is conducted by Cambridge University and checks your English level, it was also known as the C1 Advance level. Most of the test that you'll have to give will be basically for language, through the tests, they'll check whether you can survive in their environment or not. So if you plan to get into a Russian University, you'll have to give a test for prooving your Russian fluency, in the case of Germany, a German language test, similarly, Spanish, French and so on.
You may find preparation methods/strategies for all of these on the Internet.
Apart from these, there are several other scholarship exams conducted by the government, but the seats under that are extremely less, and it is very difficult to get through them. Nowadays several private institutions also conduct foreign scholarship tests.
There are several other exams, which are very specific and you'll have to search them, the validity for respective universities. Also, there are exams, such as TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, etc, but those are mainly for masters level education.
Hope this helps,
Regards
