To get into IIMs the first step is to give the entrance exam called CAT. Other factors that are responsible for admission into IIMs are WAT/GD-PI performance, academic history, academic diversity, gender diversity and work experience.

i heared that iim indore is offering studies to the students after 12 th , is that true??

well yes IIM Indore and IIM rohtak offers 5 years integrated course in management for UG students. this 5 year course is basically BBA+MBA that is 3 years BBA plus 3 years MBA. you will have to give an entrance exam called IPMAT which will be followed by an interview round for selection into this course.
