Hey dear, you must be science student as you said you are preparing for jee. However, jee is the most popular exam of all pcm students. Here, i am listing some more exams that a 12th student can give in science stream:

A student who is in class 12 and preparing for JEE can give various other exams as well. It is as follows-
- BITSAT - Conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) PILANI BITSAT is a computer based test (CBT) conducted annually for admission to Integrated First degree programmes like BE, Pharma and MSc programmes offered by BITS campuses located at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.
- SRMJEE - SRM Institute of Science & Technology conducts SRMJEE for admissions to BTech programmes offered by its campuses in Kattankulathur , Ramapuram, Vadapalani and Delhi - NCR.
- MHTCET - Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) is conducted by the DTE (Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra for admissions to first year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/BTech) and Pharmacy programmes (BPharma/PharmaD) in the state.
- MET - Manipal offers a wide variety of courses to those whose bring creativity to their knowledge. The institute offers 16 engineering streams including Mechatronics, Computer Science and Aeronautical.
- UPSEAT - University of Petroleum & Energy Studies is a great place to learn for anyone who aspires to have a career in Petroleum/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- VITEEE - One of the most popular institute level Btech exam, VITEEE is conducted by the VIT for admissions to its BTech programmes.
- COMEDK - Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts COMEDK UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test), a state-level examination. The exam scores are used for admissions to interested candidates in engineering and medical degree courses offered by colleges/institutes that are affiliated to COMEDK.
- KIITEE - Kalinga Institue of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneshawar conducts Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) to offer admissions to candidates to its undergraduate as well as postgraduate programmes.
- WBJEE - West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is a state level examination conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEE). The exam is a gateway for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered in Engineering & Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy courses by colleges in the state.

By your question I understand that you are a science student and interested in engineering. You are correct in preparation for JEE, Study hard for JEE Mains 2021 and if you qualify that exam with good marks you can give the JEE ADVANCED exam , Successfully clearing the JEE ADVANCED will give you admission into IIT and if you have good marks in MAINS you can take admission into NIT. You can also give your sate CET exams or the VITEEE .
