No engineering course is best. It's you who read that course will make that course best.
CSE and ECE are two different branches in which two different interest students read.
In CSE you mainly get focused on programming and software knowledge whereas in ECE you get to read embedded systems with different types of programming including arduino ,ATMEGA etc.
So it's totally your choice in which field you want to go in.

Hello Arul!
First of all you should know that branch selection (CSE OR ECE) totally depends on your interest.If you are interested in mathematics and computer related things and if know about some programming language or interested and if you want to make career in private sector then computer engineering is best .If you are interested in knowing about circuits and other electrical or electronics and if you want to make career in government field then ece is best.
