All the branches of engineering have a good amount of Math that Math lovers will enjoy doing. But if you are talking about an extensive math-heavy course , it would be Electrical Engineering where they teach you right from Linear Algebra to Regression Analysis. They make you solve everything in this and you'll learn advanced topics in great detail. Apart from EE , Mechanical and Computer Science Engineering also give your brain a good tickle!
If you want to pursue and gain a lot of knowledge in Math , doing an undergraduate course specially focused on this would also be of great use. The courses you can pursue vary from -
