Hi aspirant,

The 3 fields mentioned by you has ample opportunities and if you come under the top 5 percentiles of your college, you'll always have enormous scope irrespective of the field. So my advice will be, choose the field that inspires you.

However, if you're unsure about your calling and are looking for a field that has more scope in general, my advice will be to go for ICT.

To answer your second pointer, more details will be required (like colleges in which region, private / government, preferable fee structure, etc.)
