which file i have to upload during withdrawl of my seat from upsee refund

You dont have to upload any file to get your counselling fee refunded. If you withdraw your seat from the UPSEE, the registration fee of 20000 for general and 12000 for SC/ST will be refunded back to your account online only after deducting 2000 rupees for every round of counselling you took part in.
