Which financial year is required in E.W.S certificate for ssc mts 2019..

Hello,
As the financial year in India starts from 1st April and ends on 31st March. For year 2019 certicate should be for the year 2019-2020. And it must be issued by DIstrict magistrate/chief presidency Magistrate/Revenue Officer.
But if we talk about 2020 then your financial year is FY 2020-2021.

Ok. I have issued it from the District Magistrate and it is valid from 13/01/2020 to 12/01/2021. So please let me know in which season is it considered?
