Kakori Train Action took place on 9 August 1925 in a village in Lucknow. Ramprasad Bismil, Ashfaqulla Khan, Thakur Roshan Singh, and Rajendra Lahari were the revolutionaries who were involved in this train action, which was earlier known as ‘Kakori kand’. On 19 December 1927, they were hanged to death by the British government for their involvement in the Kakori Train robbery case.
