For MBBS degree you are required to have PCB in your class 12th and that too above 50% marks in it. And then you need to qualify NEET - UG. And after this you will be getting admitted into a college on the basis of your marks and rank in NEET exam. And then MBBS is a 5 year programme and along with it there is also a duration for internship. And then you will be granted MBBS degree.
For IAS which is conducted by UPSC, the minimum eligibility is that you should be a graduate and you must qualify UPSC exam with very good rank to get the post.
Both of them are elite class jobs and have their own perks. And if you talk about duration then absolutely the sooner you can qualify UPSC exams sooner will be you getting this job. But both of them are best at their own level and field. And both of this requires very hard work.
