Hello, as you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank and at this percentile it looks that your chances may be possible in new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur,Mizoram. And in some new IIIT like Agartala,Manipur ,Bhagalpur.

As you have Obc category it would help you.

I would recommend you to apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Punjab University, Ipu Delhi, ICT Mumbai counseling.

Also apply for Jac Delhi counseling.
