Which Gov colleges can I get if I score 400-450 in neet???or shud I drop a year??

400-450 score is good enough to get a seat in a govt college , only of you belong to reservation category,

If not you need to score more ,

If you are not specific about MBBS there are many other options when we don't get MBBS,

But if you are specific about MBBS only then you can take a drop or wait for the results and counselling without loosing hope because Cutoff ranks have variations every year, first of all try your best , if it doesn't work then go for second chance,
