Dear aspirant,
You can expect admission in following engineering colleges however, i suggest you should consider yourself as the placements are nil in these colleges.
Seemant Institute of Technology, pithoragarh
Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gopeshwar
Kumaon Engineering College, Lower branches
NOTE: You need to appear for atleast JEE to be eligible for admission in lower two colleges.
