Hello dear student,
Greetings,
First of all I would like to make to clear that one cannot get admission in any medical college with just marks obtained in class XII , no matter how much marks he has got as admission in medical colleges is based on neet marks. Neet's eligibility regarding marks in class XII is :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

Thankyou

All Government Medical Colleges run on the MCI Guidelines. And NTA conducts NEET for admission to all Government Medical Colleges across India. And NTA mandates you score an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology if you belong to General Category. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC. So no Government Medical College takes admission based on 10+2 marks alone no matter how much the aggregate might be.
