Sorry but I don't think so, you may or may not get government medical college because of these reasons

Last year in general category 533 was last at gmc, saharanpur not a good medical college

And this year paper was easy according to last year  so definitely cuttoff will be high around 550

But don't get upset we can only pray that cuttoff will get low

First of all, congratulations on the score you get. It is absolutely great.

Other than KGMC you may get any govt college in UP.

You might get KGMU if you are lucky, or you will get GSVM Kanpur surely.

You might also get some other good colleges in UP.

Based on the previous year cut off marks you will be required the following marks to get a seat in Govt medical colleges in UP.

469-589 marks for state quota

So your marks have more chances to getting you a seat.
