Hi Rahul. There are many government Indian colleges that provide UG courses in journalism and mass communication. The following is the list. I have tried to cover all the govt. colleges:

Lady Shri Ram College for Women.

Kurukshetra University.

Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

Indraprastha College for Women.
