It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cutoff. Cutoff changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not .Cut-off changes from state to state. It differs from all india quota seats to state quota seats.
Here you haven't mentioned the category you belong to, so it's difficult to predict the exact possibilities. However, considering you as a general candidate, with 480 marks the chances of getting government seats seems less, how ever you can have admission in semi-goverment and deemed university and private medical colleges.
As a general candidate you should score above 520 to get admission in government medical colleges, however for SC ST candidate with 480 score you can get semi government medical College easily. This data is based upon Last year's cut-off.
