Yash since all the side groups have less competition in comparison with the General Category group. Since if you compare other groups like ST / SC / PWD then you can find that SC and PWD category candidate's has very less competition inorder to crack the national level entrance exam that's why there cuttoff are low in comparison with the General Category student.

i think PWD is less competetive than other two. but all three are very less competetive than General and OBC.
