Hey Armaan!

The career opportunities after BA in Economics will include jobs in MNCs, public sector, accounting, education and research and after Statistics honours you can work in banking, IT sector, reasearch analysis, quality control, ecometrician and actuarial science.

Both are slightly similar but you'll have to decide which one you like more. If you're interested in management, economy, finance and research you should pick economics honours whereas if numbers, analysis and probabilities interests you then go for statistics honours.

Hope this helps!
