You appear to be confused between these two colleges. Keep in mind that you should make these decisions based on:

- Your plans for the future

- College reputation

- Academics and Faculty quality

- Availability of hostels in college campus

- Research options and overall exposure

Miranda House (Pros)

• It is one of the best Arts colleges in India under DU so reputation wise it is great.
• it has great research and internship opportunities
• it has a generally great student culture and exposure for you to learn and grow as a person
• not very expensive
• Great faculty

IPCW (pros)

• it has a bigger campus and more hostel space than Miranda
• it has just as good of faculty and academic quality as Miranda House
• student body is very active and college culture is at par with other great universities
• not very expensive
• great faculty (as good as Miranda according to reviews by students)

Cons of both colleges:

• Not much in the name of placements in both the colleges so if you wish to go for a job right after graduation then you'll have  a hard time.
• many students do not get the campus hostels as they are distributed based on ranks and categories.

Personal suggestion - if you aim to go for higher studies afterwards then going graduation from any of the two colleges would be fine but if you want to get exposed to great experiences, listen to leading speakers, participate in national level events and competitions, learn from your surroundings then I'd say go for Miranda house as it has a lot of that being a premier institute and all.
