which has better future after bsc in zoology or bsc in botany in term of salary ,further studies ,jobs?please tell which has best scope in India?

Both areas are good in their own ways and they are almost equal when it comes to scope . Zoology deals with studying animal life and botany is all about plant species , what matters here is your interest level or inclination towards the area . In terms of salary both are at the same level , the highest salary in both areas would be around 8-10 LPA. But if you are good with your knowledge and is passionate enough,you may go further . The growth in these two areas have been steady but is not slowing down . You will have many opportunities in the research field but of course you will have to take advanced degrees for that .
