Hello Gayathri,
There cannot be an answer to this question. You cannot say in one word if one degree is better than the other.
If you are looking for practical knowledge and your aim is to get some on-the-job experience while you are doing your degree, then go for B.Voc. This degree is heavily biased towards practical knowledge and ensures that you are equipped as a professional. B.Voc aims to make you a professional. It is a vocational course, so providing you working knowledge of a subject (the practice and practical applications) are of paramount importance.
The traditional degrees like B.Sc is more academic in nature. It relies more on knowledge and theory. The theory component of traditional degrees is more. It aims to provide you a deep knowledge of the subject and doesn't only concentrate on the practical part of it.
If I have to put it in more simple terms -- one is more textbook based and the other is practical oriented.
Now, you decide whether a job/ practical aspects of the subject are more important or deep learning of a subject.
If your aim is to do Masters and a PhD in a particular subject, you should go for a BA or a BSc. But if you need working knowledge of a subject, a B.Voc degree is always a better option because the on-the-job experience is a part of the course.
Hope this helps you make a decision now.
