All the subjects that you mentioned are great if you wish to appear in a competitive exams. Choosing them will give you knowledge and an extra edge over those are appearing in national or state level exams but did not have any of these subjects in their graduation. So you can pick any of them based on your interest and your capability. But the scope of your career is largely decided bu the subject you are doing masters in as you specialize in that subject and thus jobs offered are based on your specialization.

Regarding the courses both courses are good. You can take either of them. Both the courses on Political science and History  & economics and political science have  very good career options. You can choose any of these options. The only thing is you will have to work hard to get your career goals achieved.
