If we talk about these two courses, then both of these are professional courses and have a great future scope. But if we compare them with each other then Cardiology is bit more specialised course then BPT, hence more lucrative in terms of salary if you get job in a good institute as it's hard to open up your own diagnostic centre.

On the other hand, you can start your own physiotherapy clinic once you are done with BPT.

Self employment is more in BPT and if we look in term of jobs then Cardiology will be best, also you can open your own clinic for consulting.

Also I'll say that choose according to your interest, as you'll able to perform good.
