As per my opinion, Chemical engineering would be the best as it offers research and working in industries too. As a chemical engineering graduate, you can also have chance of process engineer, maintenance, research field and many more. Although, food technology is least preferred and it has scope as a food scientist or any other research fields. Anyways, chemical engineering has the highest scope when compared with food technology.
