Which I choose MBA or pgdm or not

Dear student,

MBA is Master in Business Administration which is 2 years of course. Where as PGDM is Post Graduation Diploma in Management which is mostly 1 year to 2. 5 years course. More or less both are equal but MBA has a bit more value than PGDM.

The job opportunities are more for MBA than PGDM as it is accepted Globally. MBA is more over theoretical and cases studies based and PGDM is practical and industry oriented course. MBA students are given more importance than PGDM students.

If you are a working individual then PGDM can be helpful for you in upliftment and higher salary package as it saves 1 year time and in just 1 year only you can complete it and can equalise to 2 years MBA course if you choose 1 year PGDM course. What matters is from which Institute you are studying MBA or PGDM course. Any one of it from top Is always a better choice.
