In this aggregate score graduation marks generally have 5-10% weightage. There is an exception like IIM Indore which gives more weightage to academic records even more than CAT marks but otherwise in all IIMs you have 5-10% weightage in the first merit list to call students for next round.
After the next round of interview and WSAT the weightage of academic records is further reduced because of addition of interview and WSAT marks which along with CAT marks have the highest weightage in final list.
You don't need to worry much about graduation percentage as your other records are good and if you are able to get a good CAT percentile then you will be able to cover the loss and get calls from IIMs. Then your selection will depend majorly on your performance in interview and WSAT.
All the best!!
