The best IIT for the B tech  for chemical engineering is that IIT BOMBAY and also IIT Kanpur is also good

But I suggest the IIT Bombay it is the number 1 IIT so this is my suggestion

IIT bombay

IIT delhi

IIT kanpur

IIT kharagpur
