Which IIT is best in package and campus selection and by the view of enjoy also if you are studying carefully...??

Definetly IIT Guwahati CSE If by placements you meant Top MNC Companies with Coding Profiles like Google, Facebook, Yahoo,Amazon and hot startups like Flipkart

Although for Amazon it doesn't matter as long as you are good enough in Algorithms

For sitting in Day 0 Campus placement in these top companies you need to be CSE Undergraduate.

On the top of that you will be Studying CSE which you will be working in later part of life if you aim to be in these companies .

This answer is solely based on the Placement requirement.. there are cases where you have better life by opting Masters/PhD in Electronics (BioElectronics etc).

I have know people more than a few friends who are working in IT Industry coming from IIT Guwahati CSE / Roorkee ECE, based on their work satisfaction and Curretn CTC I am advising you to opt IITG CSE over IIT Roorkee ECE/Guwahati ECE if your ultimate goal is to be placed well at the end of 4years and have good work satisfaction.

But it all depends on what interests it you

• If you look mathematics and statistics opt CSE ( in Feature you might be working on Machine Learning Algoritms)
• If you are interested in physics of everything and like to work on chip level system design opt ECE, you might struggle a lot to study and usually your B.Tech is not enough to work in the same field

The best IITs in terms of placements are:

• IIT Madras:

It had the highest placement package of nearly 1 Crore in the year 2018. The percentage of recruitment went up to 70%. CSE department saw the highest package of 97 lacs per annum.

• IIT Bombay:

In the year 2017-18, it received the highest package of 1.39 Crores offered by Microsoft followed by Uber's for INR 99 Lacs per annum.

• IIT Kharagpur:

Out od 1839 students in the year 2018, 1309 got placed with and average package of 13 Lacs per annum. The package went high up to 1 Crore.

• IIT Delhi:
  

It was offered a package of 1.4 Crore by Microsoft in the year 2018. Three students also rceived a ctc of 1 crore per annum.

• IIT Kanpur:

Out of 1015 students, 787 (77%) students got placed in the year 2018. The highest package offered was 1.5 Crore. The average package was 15 Lacs per annum.

• IIT Roorkee:

The highest package offered in the year 2018 was 1.3 crore. The average package was 20 lacs per annum.
