Hello,
As per your requirement, i would say that iit patna and nit rourkella provides mechatronics engginering course.
Placement in this section varies as it depends on the companies coming every year.
With mechatronics u want a career in mathematics, computers, electronics and mechanics as well all at the same time .. According to me IIT Kanpur will be the best option among IIT's for ur desired prefference.
You need to give jee exams to get into any engginering college like nit or iit.
