IMS Lucknow happens to be the best in Lucknow in terms of genuine results, academic delivery and feedback. IMS is not in to marketing and have small batch sizes and individual attention is given to each CAT aspirant. Other options in Lucknow are purely Marketing driven and have too much crowd and not suitable at all.

I would suggest you to opt for TIME institute but again there is no short cut to score well, it is totally in the hands of a student. Even if you want to go for IMS , not a bad option at all. In this case you can join test series which helps you better than offline class.

Consistent in attempting test series of any coaching institute would be advisable.

This post is for new aspirants . In my view any coaching institute (either branded or local ) is not factory which produces every time hefty number of management toppers. I will not comment on their result claims but aspirants should need to understand following points while selecting any coaching institute:

1. Is coaching is serious in completing the course(i.e VA,DI/LR,QA) or focus on preparation of each student.

2. Is coaching is following any pedagogy and how its pedagogy is helpful for aspirants

3. Is coaching is providing demo classes and if yes then the faculty will be same for entire tenure. This is important as on the faculty's name coaching becomes trust worthy.

4. Apart from study material , how a coaching works on student's SWOT analysis, accuracy, speed, confidence, stamina to take test and come up as mentor to individual aspirants.

and there are many traits which has to be enhanced during preparation.

As i belong to Lucknow , i find LOGICANS Institute of Aptitude Development, Aliganj is unique and right education oriented coaching for CAT/XAT/IIFT and CLAT.

TIMe Has been very good Institution and has demonstrated results with all amazibg toppers.

But IMs has been upconing and has stood out in ferms of practical learning, Coachibg Material, Expert guidance and overall experience of Faculty.



TIMe Coachibg has more of commerciakised and hence is not preferred over IMS.



iMS too has demonstrated toppers and astonishing resukts in 2016&2017 with sudden rise in top rankers.

Time is the best institute as preferred and suggested by many. Ims is also one of the emerging cat coaching in Lucknow. Well both are equal but to be frank with you time always have a upper hand due to its call conversion rate and they are in coaching industry from a very long period of time.

But they charge hefty amount from students due to its brand and call conversion rate. Ims have a good faculty and they are too getting high on call conversion rate.

You can try time for sure but if you can't afford it then must try ims.
