Electronics and communications engineering deals with the design and development of electronic circuits, equipment and machines.
While Electronical Engineering is related with telecommunications engineering, control engineering, instrumentation engineering, computer engineering and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design engineering.
If we talk about the scope then ECE is the best option. In India after graduating with Electronics and communication engineering you can get a well paid job in different companies.
