Indira Gandhi Delhi technological University for women (IGDTUW) was a part of IP University earlier and now splits forming its own University.

According to ur proximity from residence or whatsoever, media go through both of these Universities and try to figure out which college best suits you according to your need.

Both Universities are good at their pace , but according to my point of view BBA from IP would be better from colleges like Maharaja Agrasen , VIPs, Jim's, surajmal etc

And also IGDTUW got its affiliation back 4–5 years ago , and it was part of IP . you should Consider IP University .
