Hello there,

LPU Punjab is a better college than JECRC Jaipur because LPU has a better infrastructure and huge campus.

But LPU Punjab has a higher fee structure than JECRC Jaipur and also There are some states which doesn't accept the degree of LPU.

The rest is your choice.
