Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences is the best among all Four colleges that you’ve mentioned. It is a constituent of KIIT which is autonomous institution. It is located in an ultra modern and eco friendly campus. They have well equipped labs and class rooms along with a skill lab. Hostel and health care facilities are at par.
