Both of these are completely different from each other. The only thing that matters is what are you interested in doing for the rest of your life. Bsc Agriculture has limited scope in India only 3 years duration. The average package is 3 LPA. International opportunities are very rare and demand more domestic work. Hence, engineering is more recommended.
It depends on your field of interest. If you think you have inherited genes from agriculture or engineering go with that only. Engineering has many job opportunities than bsc agriculture but with that competition is tough. Agriculture graduates have good chances and opportunities for government jobs as compared to engineers because they are hired by private companies.
