First thing IIIT means the Indian Institute of Information Technology and some IIITs are established recently in previous.

IIIT PUNE established in 2016,

IIIT NAGPUR established in 2016,

IIIT BHOPAL established in 2017,

IIIT SURAT established in 2017,

These 4 institutes are established recently in previous years. so these 4 institutes didn't get their permanent campus also till now. the college buildings are under construction. they will get them soon. These institutes run their classes and labs on temporary campuses. so there is no ranking given to these 4 institutes till now by NIRF.

so you can choose your college wisely. I will suggest you one order. if you like this order then you can go with this order. the order is IIIT PUNE>IIIT NAGPUR>IIIT SURAT>IIIT SURAT. hope this answer will help you.

As per your query IIT PUNE is the best and has the fifth ranking amongst all the IIT's in India. Then comes IIT SURAT. After that comes IIT NAGPUR and atlast IIT BHOPAL. Though education facilities in all these IITs are more or less same. It all depends on what stream you want to choose and which IIT is more favorable for you. Hope this helps!
