You have asked if BE Aeronautical engineering is better or BE/ BTECH IT is better. But let me tell you that each stream has it's own speciality and that's why they were created. Each stream has it's merits and demerits. So, I would say that it totally depends upon your interest. You should opt the field in which you are sure that you can pursue without any deviance and regrets. Even career wise, both the fields have emerging jobs available.

first you think about the branch in which you are interested .

Areounatical engineering:-you have to study theres subjects.

• Fluid Dynamics.
• Materials sciences.
• Structural Analysis.
• Propulsion.
• Automatic Control and Guidance.
• Aircraft Performance and Aircraft Structures.
• IT:- you have to do coding .
• second thinking is package IT have more package then Areounatical engineering but i suggest you to go with interest.

See these two branches are of two different field. Aeronautical engineering is the branch that deals with the field study and the IT sector deals with the computer based study. U should be knowing some kind of coding for IT study. For the aeronautical u should be having a good hold in the physics and maths for that.
