In my opinion you can prefer NCERT books for JEE objective. Around 80% of questions from chemistry in the JEE Main exam will be from NCERT directly or indirectly. If you would have read NCERT properly you would be able to solve 65% of the questions easily. Not only referring books you have attempt mock tests. So that you can score easily in JEE mains. In Careers360 also you can attempt the mock tests. There are many websites you can search.

For JEE some standard books and study material both are helpful , you can go for theory in standard book and study material will help you get to familiar with level of questions asked in exam , and would help prepare with exam orientation.
