NCERT covers exact syllabus for NEET and is all time recommended book, if you wish to score decent in chemistry.

In order to advance this subject, you can practice this books, provided you have enough time for preparation:

Organic Chemistry:  MS Chauhan (Solomons & frhyle).

Inorganic Chemistry: JD Lee.

Physical Chemistry: O.P. Tandon or P. Bahadur.
