Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while BTech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. BSc CS will teach you the basic concepts of computer science such as Disk Operating Systems, Control Structures and Programming Concepts. overall this course teachs about the computer applications but it doesn't cover coding. Where as B.tech is an undergraduate professional course. This involves studying computer science in more depth as compared to B.Sc Computer Science.
