BTECH food technology is a professional under graduate course.The duration of this course is 4 years.Bsc food technology is an under graduate course.The duration of this course is 3 years.Btech technology is deals with the study of food science. Bsc food technology is deals with the study of scientific principles involved in the food production as well as preservation. Btech food technology has highest salary and scope than bsc food technology. So Btech food technology is better than bsc food technology .Hope this information helps you.

In general, B.Tech Food Technology is better than B.Sc Food Technology because being an Engineering subject, it has more detailed and thorough knowledge and candidates with engineering degree are preferred as well, depending on which university the completed it from.
Also Salary for B.Tech FT is around 4.8 LPA and for B.Sc FT it ranges from 4 to 6 LPA
Top Job roles: B.Tech - Technical Brewer, Scientific Laboratory Technician, Quality Manager, Food Technologist etc
B.Sc- Food Safety Officer, Food Technologist, Incubation Manager, Food Analyst etc
