I would say btech (IT) for sure because they are no. of reasons behind that
first of all by considering your data as you are a non medical student means you have not studied anything in 11th and 12th related to medical field so your basics are not clear at all and if you want to make career in medical field then you have to give entrance exams like NEET,AIIMS etc all they require a lot of hardwork and clear basics with patience and the fee is also very high fir most of the medical courses like MBBS etc
On the other hand if I talk about btech IT,as you very well know what is in trend , everything is going to be dependent on information technology ,
1- passionate jobs
2-high salary
3-almost zero physical work
4- 9 to 5 AC job
And one of the most important reason growth, with some hardwork and dedication you can expect your salary in lakhs after some years
As it's most popular among youth ,so competition is also high for good colleges, but placement is good in almost all colleges for CS and IT branch ,and they are lot of companies who recruit IT engineers
Like TCS , Infosys,Google ,Amazon , Capgemini, Microsoft and many more
Apart from that you can make your career in govt field also like , Indian railways, navy , airforce etc
Hope it helps
