Hello aspirant!
Integrated M.Tech curriculum is a superset of the B.Tech curriculum. The students of Integrated program study extra MTech level courses over and above the B.Tech courses. Both B.Tech and integrated B.Tech are good courses. However, students tend to do M.Tech in a different subject even after doing integrated B.Tech since for some kind of jobs, e.g., Faculty positions, Patent Analyst, R&D work, MTech is the entry level minimum required qualification.
Integrated programme is good for you when you have to open your own tech startup.

hi....
The b. tech course is highly suitable to those students who quickly want a job in the concerned industry just after completion of this course . ... Normally, the holders of integrated courses find much better job opportunities and preference in the concerned industry, as compared to those only with b. tech degrees.
In case of pursuing B Tech and M Tech separately, a candidate would need five years but in an integrated degree, one can complete both courses in maximum four years' time. This is common in case of both dual and integrated degrees. The difference arises only when it comes to conferring of the degrees.
