Hello,
Right now, IIT Bombay is the best college for aeronautics engineering in India. It is followed by IIT Kanpur, Hindustan institute pf Technology and Science, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Hope this helped!
