which is best college for hr management course ..XLRI or TISS?

This is a very difficult question, really. Both these institutes, XLRI Jamshedpur and TISS are extremely famous for HR Management. While over the internet you might find XLRI to be the preferred one, I have personally seen friends of mine graduating from both these B-Schools favoring TISS over XLRI. Also, one more point to be noted is that as a Business School, XLRI offers many courses apart from HR that are top class but when it comes to TISS, although it offers other courses, their flagship program is HR. This is what makes me more inclined towards TISS as well.
Now, all being said, the choice is entirely yours. Rest assured, whichever you choose, it will be amongst the top institutes in your niche.
