Both the colleges are good at term of education and faculty. But the placements wise we see CMRK is little better than IARE. They provide similar type of facilities in the college there's no such big difference.

So you can go with CMRK first than IARE it will be better

If it comes about comparing two colleges there are many factors on the basis of which we can compare two colleges and also the colleges placements and faculty can be different for different courses .If we talk about the main courses  and the placement structure than IARE has better placements than CMRK although average package of IARE  is less than cmrk BUT number of students that get placed in IARE are much more than that of cmrk .also the faculty is really helpful and supportive in IARE .so if you are confused BETWEEN BOth colleges according to my personal consideration you should go for IARE ollege and if you want to compare both the colleges as per your choice you can follow the given link!;
