The top 5 countries to study MS are-
1. United States of America
2. United Kingdom
3. Australia
4. Germany
5. Canada.
MS from a good college in USA has the highest value and placement rates among these. Though it can be quite costly, there are a number of scholarships for International students either provided by the university itself or the government. However, on most cases, even with scholarships the amount can be hefty for middle class Indian students. France will be a good option for them. They can apply for the Charpak scholarship which is almost a guaranteed one and the cost of living and studying is quite less there. Hope this helped!
