- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) is a three-year undergraduate programme separated into six years (two semesters per year). This course teaches professionals about numerous elements of health care. Throughout the course, students do numerous diagnostic analyses on bodily fluids, including hematology, bacteriology, immunology, chemical, and microscopic examination. Clinical Endocrinology & Toxicology Lab, Diagnostic Molecular Biology Lab, Diagnostic Cytology, and other disciplines are covered in the curriculum.
- The BSc Honors Degree in Pharmacy is a comprehensive curriculum founded on a solid foundation of basic sciences. During the first two years, students study physical, organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, plant science, and zoology. During the third and fourth years, students specialise in pharmaceutical disciplines. The programme includes over 120 credit hours. This is an interfaculty programme in which the Department of Pharmacology of the Faculty of Medicine covers a variety of medical scientific areas. The exposure provided by the Medical Faculty strongly orients students in becoming pharmacists who are aware in the ethics, attitudes, and dedication expected of a pharmacy practitioner. The final year research project in pharmacy helps them become acquainted with research approaches that will be valuable in future research work. As a result, graduates are able to build on new breakthroughs in pharmacy research and practise. The disciplines taught in the third and fourth years offer a good representation of the breadth of pharmacy subject areas. Graduates work in a variety of industrial and licenced service industries in pharmacy, while some work as scholars at local and overseas institutions, having received Masters and PhD degrees.
- The BSc Operation Theatre Technology course is the fundamental graduating course that deals with ethics, operating room setup, and handling the many pieces of equipment required for surgery. An operation theatre technologist must be present in the operating room and support the physicians and nurses during the procedure. They must arrange all surgical pieces of equipment prior to surgery, as well as clean these important pieces of equipment prior to surgery. They must also heed the commands of a Surgeon throughout the surgery. All hospitals in India hire Operation Theatre Technologists to perform procedures such as plastic surgery, general surgery, gynaecology surgery, neurosurgery, and urology.
